PaintedPetsOnline.com
was born out
of a single
idea – to
combine a
love of
animals with
the desire
to assist
those most
in need of
our help.
Every
hand-painted
item sold
through
PaintedPetsOnline.com
benefits the
United
Coalition
for Animals
its efforts
to reduce
the number
of unwanted
dogs and
cats by
providing
low-cost
spay/neuter
services for
pet owners
who cannot
otherwise
afford it.
All profits
from the
unique,
hand-painted
and
customized
items sold
on
PaintedPetsOnline.com
go directly
to assist
this
organization,
which serves
Greater
Cincinnati
and the
surrounding
10-counties
in Ohio,
Kentucky and
Indiana.
Ordering
through
PaintedPetsOnline.com
means you
get a
customized,
life-like
portrait of
your
favorite
pet,

from your
favorite
photograph
on glass,
canvas,
slate or
fabric.
Each
portrait is
done on the
item of your
choice from
our
extensive
selection of
slate
plaques,
framed
glass, wine
goblets, sun
catchers,
hurricane
lamps,
vases,
purses,
artist
canvas and a
lot, lot
more.
Whatever
your choice,
you’ll wind
up with a
beautiful,
hand-painted
portrait
that is a
unique way
to create an
affordable
and lasting
tribute to
your own
“best
friend.”
But in the
end, it is
the animals
that will
benefit
most.
The
artist,
Carol
Sanger, is
president of
the United
Coalition
for Animals
and is the
regional
Westie
Rescue
representative
for the
Westie Club
of America,
covering
southern
Ohio,
Indiana and
Kentucky.
She and her
brother,
Kenny, live
in a
converted
Cincinnati
horse barn
along with
an array of
rescued dogs
and cats.
They also
care for two
miniature
donkeys and
a pygmy
goat, along
with a wide
assortment
of wildlife.
“I have
loved
animals all
my life, but
it was not
until I
became
involved
with people
whose lives
were devoted
to animal
welfare that
I began to
understand
just how big
a
problem we
are facing,”
Carol says.
“Each year,
more than
33,000
unwanted
dogs and
cats,
puppies and
kittens are
euthanized
in Greater
Cincinnati
alone. It is
an appalling
statistic,
and happens
because
there are
too many
animals and
too few
homes for
them.
“Walking
through a
shelter and
seeing all
of those
innocent
animals
looking out
with such
hope in
their eyes,
knowing that
all they
want is a
chance to be
loved, it’s
heartbreaking,”
Carol says.
“So I
decided that
although I
couldn’t
adopt them
all, I might
be able to
help them
and others
like them in
other ways.
“That’s what
PaintedPetsOnline.com
is all
about, and
it’s why I
am using the
proceeds
from all
sales to
support UCAN
in its
mission of
Spaying
pets…
Educating
people…
Saving
lives.”
